Shipping

All items are in-stock and ready for immediate shipment from our Murphy, North Carolina location unless otherwise noted. We ship all orders within two business days.

We inspect every item before shipping, and package orders very carefully to ensure your artwork will arrive in perfect condition.



Returns

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed or Your Money Back.

In the very unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition we will send you a replacement at no cost. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please return your order within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

To return an item you must first contact us by phone or by e-mail and we will issue you an RMA number. You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns must then be shipped back to us within seven days of receiving your RMA number.

Shipping charges for returns are paid for by the customer.

Returns must be packed carefully and returned in original condition.
